Light weight ceramic fibre wool insulation is used instead of brick insulation. The weight & size of furnace is 30% as compare to brick furnace. Used for Hardening Tempering, Annealing, Reheating & Case Hardening etc. The outer body is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. Sheet, reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion. Air gap is provided between the temperature portion and controlling portion to safe controller from the heat. Furnace has a Epoxy coated finish.
The Temperature is controlled by Digital indicator cum controller with safety Alarm system with a sensitivity of + 5° C or better
